JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA XC

Juvéderm Volbella XC is one of the newest products to the Juvéderm family, and uses the new Vycross technology, which contributes to the duration of the product. This new technology has made it so Juvéderm Volbella XC can last for up to two years. Juvéderm Volbella XC was found to effectively increase lip fullness and soften the appearance of lines around the mouth. It targets fine lines, and results in a smoother, more hydrated lip without being or looking drastic.

 

Juvéderm Volbella XC is the same exact formula as Juvéderm Volbella, but contains lidocaine, which is an anesthetic that makes the injection more comfortable for the patient.

 

HOW DOES JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA XC WORK?

Juvéderm Volbella XC is an injectable gel treatment. Volbella is a crystal-clear gel made of hyaluronic acid — which is a natural substance in the skin that delivers nutrients, helps the skin retain moisture and softness, and adds volume. Unfortunately, as we get older, our bodies produce less hyaluronic acid, leaving the skin dehydrated, resulting in the appearance of wrinkles and folds in the skin. However, when injected into the targeted area, Juvéderm Volbella XC hydrates the cells in one’s muscles, and skin, and is able to “fill in” these wrinkles and folds, and/or plump an area.

Juvéderm Volbella XC adds subtle volume to lips and softens the appearance of vertical lip lines. Volbella targets fine lines and results in a more hydrated lip.

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VOLBELLA AND ULTRA PLUS?
